Pankaj Udhas, born on May 17, 1951, in Gujarat, was a distinguished Indian ghazal singer renowned for his soul-stirring renditions. His melodious voice and emotive performances gained widespread acclaim in the 1980s and 1990s, amassing a substantial fan following both in India and abroad.
